1.1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the user.
1.2. The items bought at the EVRIWEAR online shop are delivered by courier service.
1.3. Once the order has left our warehouse, the user will be informed of the tracking number by email, so they can always be informed of the status of their order.
1.4. To avoid delivery problems (mistaken addresses, impossible to hand-deliver at the buyer’s home), it is necessary for the user to provide a telephone number.
1.5. If the order is returned to EVRIWEAR because the customer did not facilitate the delivery and wants it to be resent, the client will be responsible for the payment of the delivery service.
1.6. The order will be delivered to the address indicated for delivery within a period of ten working days, although once the order has left our warehouse, delivery times may change due to courier delays locally and internationally.
1.7. Delivery times are given as an indication and based on the services of our logistics operators.
2.1. Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
2.2. Delivery dates for shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
2.3. All international packages are shipped via ARAMEX and the cost will only calculated after your order has beeen placed at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
2.4. Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
